Burton Waters Boat Club is a relatively young club having been formed in 2011. We are based 4 miles outside Lincoln on the Fossdyke Navigation. Burton Waters is a development of homes, shops, restaurants and other facilities, as well as a large marina, built around a series of manmade basins.
Our primary aim is to promote common interests and friendship between Members, Boat Clubs, and users of the waterways particularly those mooring their boats in the Burton Waters area.
We wish to ensure safe and enjoyable boating by improving the skills of our members, through training courses, events and sharing of knowledge. Training courses are available via the club at significantly lower cost than would be the case to an individual.
Discounts and benefits have been negotiated for our members with marine suppliers and service providers, restaurants and other relevant traders.
Potential members are welcome at any of our events the details of which are on our website. AWCC club members are also welcome to join any of our activities and to contact the club for information and advice when visiting the Fossdyke and the beautiful City of Lincoln.
